We only needed one service, a .pdf file faxed to a number, but it performed that service without issue. What happens when I use all my included subscription pages?
Sending is paused and new incoming faxes are saved but access is limited until your next billing cycle. You can upgrade your plan for more pages. No surprise overage charges.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime from your account settings. Your number will be released at the end of your billing period. Any unused credits remain in your account.
Can I send faxes internationally?
Yes! Send faxes to 27+ countries including the UK, Germany, France, Australia, Japan, and more. International faxing is available with credit packs and subscriptions. Free accounts are limited to the US and Canada.
What happens if someone faxes a reply back to me?
If you have a subscription with a dedicated fax number, your faxes are sent from that number — so replies come straight back to your inbox. Without a subscription, faxes are sent from a shared number and replies can't be routed to you. If you expect replies (from a doctor's office, government agency, or business), a dedicated number ensures you'll receive them.
