CocoFax vs FaxTerra
CocoFax and FaxTerra match at the $4.99 entry price, but FaxTerra also renews 10 free pages monthly and cancels with a button; CocoFax's help page routes cancellation to email. Their advertised rates require annual billing, and their international pricing bills on a page multiplier rather than a per-page rate.

CocoFax: pros and cons
What they do well
- 60 pages at $4.99/mo on the entry plan
- Google Workspace integration
- Dedicated fax number included
Where FaxTerra wins
- A 10-page free allowance, once, and receiving needs a paid account
- Cancelling is not self-serve: their help page routes you to email or a help desk
- Their own pages give the refund window twice: the pricing page says a 30-day money back guarantee, the refund policy says fifteen (15) days
- Their own pages give the free-trial window twice too: the homepage says "fax for up to 10 pages for 24 hours", the free-fax page says "No Limits to Trial Time"
- International bills on a page multiplier, so one page to Germany counts as two, to France or Japan three, and to South Africa ten
- Their pricing page advertises "Android & iOS Mobile Apps" on every tier; a store search finds no CocoFax app on either store, and their own Android app page returns a 404
- Overage of $0.20/page on the entry plan
The verdict
CocoFax and FaxTerra are similarly priced at the entry level, and CocoFax includes 60 pages against FaxTerra's 50 at the $4.99 tier. What the price does not show is the rest: their free allowance is once, their cancellation goes through support rather than a button, and an international page can count as up to sixteen pages of your allowance.
