Is there a contract or cancellation fee?
No. Cancel anytime from your Plans page with one button, and you keep your plan and number until the end of the paid period. Credits you bought stay in your account.
Do I need a subscription to send a fax?
No. Send with a free account (10 pages a month) or with a credit pack. Subscribe to receive faxes at your own number.
What happens if someone faxes a reply back to me?
Subscribe to send from your own fax number, and replies from a doctor's office, agency, or business arrive in your inbox. Free and credit-pack faxes go out from a shared number that does not receive replies.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits never expire.
What happens when I use all my included subscription pages?
Send with a credit pack until your pages reset next month. Faxes you receive past your allowance still arrive in your inbox. Open one right away with credits, charged only for its pages over your allowance. Otherwise it opens once your pages reset, or when you upgrade to Business ($9.99/mo, 210 pages a month) or Pro ($29.99/mo, 1,010 pages a month). There are no overage charges.
Do you have a plan for high-volume faxing?
Yes. Pro is $29.99/mo (or $299.99/yr) for 1,000 pages a month on your own fax number, plus your 10 free pages, about 3¢/page. The same volume on Business with credit packs costs about $90/mo. Sending and receiving share the same monthly pages.
Can I send faxes internationally?
Yes. Free pages, credit packs and subscriptions all reach 27 countries including the UK, Germany, France, Australia, and Japan. A page outside the US and Canada counts as two.
