Fax.Plus grants 10 free pages once per account, and their help centre states they cannot be claimed again. Claiming them needs mobile-number verification, which only sends a code when the country of your IP address matches the country code of the phone. A free account cannot receive faxes at all. When the pages run out, the app shows a "No Pages Remaining" modal offering only "Change Plan", with no way to buy pages from the send flow.
