FaxZen vs FaxTerra
FaxZen claims coverage of 100+ countries, though the picker on their own send form enumerates 67, against FaxTerra's 27; if you need a country FaxTerra does not support, check theirs. For the US, Canada, UK, Australia and most of Europe, FaxTerra costs less per page.

FaxZen: pros and cons
What they do well
- Coverage to 100+ countries worldwide
- Automatic refunds for failed faxes
- Schedule faxes up to 30 days in advance
- 20 MB file size limit (larger than most competitors)
- Files auto-deleted after 24 hours
Where FaxTerra wins
- No free tier
- Their own page prices a single fax two ways: $8 in the hero and the FAQ, $10.00 on the pricing card
- Single-fax pricing is expensive for occasional senders whichever figure applies
- Send-only — no receive capability
- No dedicated fax number
The verdict
FaxZen's strength is international coverage: they claim 100+ countries against FaxTerra's 27, so if you need a country we do not support, FaxZen may be your answer. For the US, Canada, UK, Australia and most of Europe, FaxTerra costs less per page: our Lite pack is $1.99 for 10 pages against their $15.00 for 10 faxes of any length. Their flat per-fax price does win on a long document, so compare per page, not per fax.

Frequently asked questions
How much does FaxZen cost?
Their pricing card says $10.00 for a single fax; their hero, their prose and their FAQ all say $8. Both are on the same page, so treat the single-fax price as $8 to $10 until they settle it. The 10-fax pack is $15.00 ($1.50 each), and their credits never expire, the same as ours. FaxTerra's Lite credit pack is $1.99 for 10 pages.
Does FaxZen support international faxing?
They claim over 100 countries, and the picker on their send form enumerates 67 of them; they publish no per-country rate table, so their flat per-fax price appears to cover any destination. FaxTerra supports 27 countries, including all the major English-speaking and European destinations.
Can I receive faxes with FaxZen?
No, FaxZen is send-only. FaxTerra's Starter plan ($4.99/mo) includes a dedicated fax number for receiving faxes.
Does FaxZen put branding on my fax?
Their site does not say. The only cover-page copy they publish is "Add branded cover sheets with sender/recipient details, subject lines, and custom messages", which reads as your own branding rather than theirs, and nothing else on faxzen.com addresses the question.
- "They sent the fax absolutely free. Kudos!" · Dan
- "No credit card required" · Rob
- "Receive faxes reliably, all for a great price" · R.A.
