A New York military or overseas voter can ask on the Federal Post Card Application to receive the blank ballot by mail, fax, or email; an email request is answered with a link to the state's online ballot delivery site.
Deadlines
For the November 3, 2026 general election, a New York military or overseas ballot must be postmarked by November 3 and received by the county board of elections no later than November 16.
