Unlimited people on every plan, and HIPAA compliance on any plan
Two things about our plans were shaped by habit rather than by what people needed. Plans counted people, the way most fax services do, even though nobody chose a plan for its seat count. And HIPAA compliance was sold as its own set of plans, so a small practice paid for a page allowance it would never use to get the one thing it wanted, the signed Business Associate Agreement. Both are gone. People are free on every plan. HIPAA is an add-on you switch on.
Who it's for: Offices where more than one person faxes, and practices that need a signed BAA without a separate plan for it.
As many people as you like, on every plan
Invite your colleagues from Settings and they sign in as themselves on the same account: one inbox, one sent history, one pool of pages. There is no per-person fee and no plan that sells seats, on Free, Starter, Business, and Pro alike.
Each person has a role. Members send and receive; admins also invite people, buy pages, and manage the plan; the owner can hand the account over. Joining a team changes nothing about your own account.

HIPAA compliance on any paid plan
Covered entities and business associates add HIPAA compliance to the plan they already want for $5.00 a month ($50.00 a year on annual billing). You sign the Business Associate Agreement at checkout, and the same controls apply on every plan: per-document encryption, a six-year audit log, PHI-free notification emails, and one-year inbox retention.
All in, that is Starter + HIPAA at $9.99 a month for 50 pages, Business + HIPAA at $14.99 a month for 200 pages, Pro + HIPAA at $34.99 a month for 1,000 pages. The separate Healthcare plans are retired; the two accounts that were on one were moved to Business with the add-on at a lower price, and told by email.

What did not change
Prices and page allowances on Starter, Business, and Pro are the same. Every paid plan still includes one fax number, extra numbers are still an add-on, and credit packs still never expire. If you already have a plan, there is nothing to do; the people limit is simply gone from your account.
