Kynect Health Coverage asks that the application be complete and signed before it is faxed, and says an application missing information should still be sent rather than held back.

A Kentucky SNAP application needs only the page carrying the applicant's name, address and signature to start the clock, so that page is the one to fax first if the rest is not ready.

Kentucky SNAP benefits run from the date the application is received, so the date a faxed application arrives is the date benefits start from.

A Kentucky unemployment appeal must carry the claimant's name, the last four digits of their Social Security number, and their contact information.

Kentucky dates a mailed unemployment appeal by its postal postmark, and will not take a private postage meter's date, so a faxed or emailed appeal avoids the question entirely.
