Deadlines
For the November 3, 2026 general election, a Maryland military or overseas ballot sent by mail must be postmarked on or before November 3 and received by the local board of elections by 10 am on November 13, 2026; a hand-delivered ballot must reach the local board by 8 pm on election day.
