Ford Credit does not publish a customer service fax

Ford Credit’s contact page lists phone numbers, mailing addresses, and the online account, and no general fax number. Where fax appears at all is inside a specific program, most often the special-situations pages covering Servicemembers Civil Relief Act benefits, where documents such as military orders have to be submitted.

This page asserts no Ford Credit fax number. A number pulled from a search snippet or a third-party directory cannot be confirmed against a Ford page, and sending military orders or account paperwork to an unconfirmed number sends personal documents somewhere neither you nor Ford controls.

That is worth stating plainly because Ford Credit does accept faxed documents for some programs. The number for your program exists; it is not published anywhere we can verify, so it has to come from Ford directly.

How to get the right Ford Credit fax number

In order of reliability:

• Read the letter or form Ford Credit sent you. A submission fax, when a program uses one, is printed on the correspondence from the team requesting the document.
• Sign in to your Ford Credit account and open the message center or the help section for your topic. Account-specific contact details live there.
• Call the Ford Credit number on your statement and ask the representative to read the fax number for that department back to you, then note who gave it to you and when.
