What the fax costs on FaxTerra

Questions
Can I fax one of these institutions without a fax machine?
Yes. Upload the pages from your phone or computer, enter the fax number from the entry, and send. It goes to that number as a fax. Every account gets 10 free pages a month, and a page to a US fax number counts as one.
What do I put on the pages?
Put the loan number and the borrower's name on every page, and send to the department line the entry names. Each entry says what its own line takes.
The institution I need is not listed. Why?
Because its own pages publish no fax line for payoffs, title work, hardship and insurance paperwork, or none we have read there yet.
Can they fax a reply back to me?
Only to a number of your own. Free sends go out from a shared FaxTerra number, and a fax reply to that number cannot be routed to you. If you expect a reply by fax, you need your own number, which comes with a subscription.
How do I know the fax arrived?
FaxTerra emails you when the fax completes, and every delivered fax has a downloadable receipt with the recipient number, the sent and delivered times and the page count. Delivered means the fax machine that answered at that number confirmed every page. It is not confirmation from the institution that it has received or processed your pages.
Is this an official page of any of these institutions?
No. FaxTerra is a fax service, not one of the institutions listed. Where an institution's own page differs from anything here, follow its page.
