Credits never expire. Free pages go to all 27 supported countries. A page to the US or Canada costs one page or one credit, and a page to any other country costs two.
Common questions
Can I send just one fax without a subscription?
Yes. The free pages every account gets each month cover a fax of up to 10 pages to the US or Canada, or up to 5 pages to any other supported country. They reset on the 1st.
What if my fax is longer than the free pages?
A credit pack bought once covers the pages past them, from $1.99 for 10 pages.
Can I send a one-time fax to another country?
Yes. Free pages send to all 27 supported countries, and they cover 5 international pages a month. Credit packs reach the same countries.
What if the fax does not go through?
FaxTerra retries on its own when the line is busy or the call drops partway, up to 5 times over about an hour. Retries are free, and you are charged only for pages that arrive. You get an email when it goes through, or once if every attempt fails.
How do I know the fax arrived?
Every delivered fax has a downloadable delivery-confirmation receipt with the recipient number, the sent and delivered times, and the page count. It shows the receiving machine confirmed every page. What the office does with the fax after that is on their side.
Does a cover page count as a page?
Yes. A cover page is optional, and it counts as one page.
When is a plan cheaper than paying as you go?
When you send more than about 60 pages most months. Past that, Starter at $4.99 a month costs less than credit packs, and it includes a number of your own. Fax without a subscription compares paying per fax with a monthly plan.
