Which Bridgecrest fax line you need

Bridgecrest services the loans behind DriveTime and Carvana vehicles, and its customer support center publishes three separate fax destinations.

(866) 895-3504 is customer service. Bridgecrest names it for legal name-change documents, and it is also where credit-report dispute support and estate paperwork go.

(866) 665-7185 is the DMV documents line. Bridgecrest asks for the title request to come on Department of Motor Vehicles letterhead, which is the pattern for an out-of-state transfer or a name change on the title itself.

(888) 474-5979 takes repair claim paperwork. After an insurance claim, the repair shop sends its final invoice there so an endorsed claim check can be released.

Bridgecrest publishes no proof-of-insurance fax and names no insurance-tracking vendor, so insurance updates go through your account rather than to any of these lines. Note also that GAP coverage on a DriveTime or Carvana vehicle is administered by SilverRock, a separate company with its own contacts.

What customers send to Bridgecrest

By line, what actually arrives:

• Customer service: a marriage certificate or divorce decree for a legal name change, supporting documents for a credit-report dispute, and a death certificate with letters of administration when an estate is taking over the account
