Mr. Cooper keeps its fax numbers inside individual help center articles rather than on one contact page, so which article you find decides which number you see.

(972) 459-1611 reaches the Research team. Anything that is a written question or instruction about the account goes there: escrow add or remove requests, tax and insurance documents, notices of error, requests for information, third-party authorizations, and written payoff requests.
