Nelnet’s federal student loan servicing now runs from a studentaid.gov subdomain rather than the older Nelnet website, and its contact page there lists its own fax number for federal servicing documents. Read that number from the contact page when you sign in, because a document sent to a legacy line is not automatically routed to the federal servicing team.
