FedEx Office Fax: Price per Page

FedEx Office sends faxes at the counter or on a self-service machine, and some stores receive for pickup. Prices vary by store; the figures below are one store's published starting prices.

What FedEx Office charges

A price here is a published figure for the place named, not a rate every location charges.

Local fax, starting at
Price $2.19
Domestic fax, starting at
Price $2.49
Receiving a fax, starting at
Price $1.59

Prices as of October 2026

These are one store's published starting prices (Sandy, Utah). FedEx Office's own page says prices vary by store, and a starting price is a floor, not a per-page rate, so the total for a longer fax depends on your store.

Receiving a fax there

Some FedEx Office locations can receive incoming faxes for customer pickup; the fax is held at the store and paid for at the counter, and availability and pricing vary by location. The sender needs that store's number and you collect the pages in person.

How faxing at FedEx Office works

Bring the pages; FedEx Office's page says you do not need an account there. On the self-service machine, place your document on the copier, then select fax, and you will be asked to pre-authorize payment before faxing, an amount based on the pages you plan to send, with any unused balance returned. Cash payment cards are available at the counter if you are not paying by card. A team member can send an outbound fax for you at the counter.

What the counter cannot do

It cannot give you a number of your own. A reply has to come to a store that receives, during its hours, for a fee, and you have to collect it. To receive, you need a number of your own. A One-Time Fax Number is $14.99 once, live for 90 days with 50 pages and nothing to cancel; a Starter plan is $4.99 a month with a number included. Either way the fax lands in your inbox as a PDF and an email tells you it is there.

The same send from your phone

Every FaxTerra account sends 10 free pages a month, with no card on file. Photograph the pages or upload the PDF at faxterra.com/send, type the number, and an email confirms delivery. Past the free pages, credit packs start at $1.99 and never expire.
