UPS Store Fax: Price per Page
The UPS Store sends and receives faxes at the counter, and each store sets its own price. The figures below are one store's published sheet; below them is the same send from your phone, free for the first 10 pages a month.
What The UPS Store charges
A price here is a published figure for the place named, not a rate every location charges.
Prices as of October 2026
These are one store's published price sheet (store 6086, inside the Hilton Austin, Texas). The UPS Store publishes no network-wide rate: its own page says products, services, prices, and hours of operation may vary by location. Ask the counter for its sheet before the pages go through.
Receiving a fax there
Yes. The UPS Store describes its service as sending and receiving faxes: a store that receives can hold a fax for you to collect, and the sheet above charges per incoming page. The sender needs that store's fax number, and you need to be there to pick it up.
SourceCounter versus phone
The counter column is computed from the figures above; the phone column is what FaxTerra charges.
What FaxTerra charges, from its own price list. The counter sets its own.
Every FaxTerra account gets 10 free pages a month, and a page to a US fax number counts as one. A document of up to 10 pages sends free, with no credit card.
Free pages reset on the 1st. If a second document takes you past 10 pages, a FaxTerra Lite pack covers it, with no subscription.
How faxing at The UPS Store works
Bring the pages. The counter sends them for you and charges per page, with the first page at a higher rate than the rest on the sheet above. You will receive a confirmation sheet when your fax is completed, and a store page says a fax that did not go through the first time is sent again. International faxes cost more on the same sheet.
What the counter cannot do
It cannot give you a fax number of your own. A reply has to come to the store, on the store's line, during the store's hours, at a per-page fee, and someone has to tell you it arrived. To receive, you need a number of your own. A One-Time Fax Number is $14.99 once, live for 90 days with 50 pages and nothing to cancel; a Starter plan is $4.99 a month with a number included. Either way the fax lands in your inbox as a PDF and an email tells you it is there.
The same send from your phone
Every FaxTerra account sends 10 free pages a month, with no card on file. Photograph the pages or upload the PDF at faxterra.com/send, type the number, and an email confirms delivery. Past the free pages, credit packs start at $1.99 and never expire.
Questions
How much does it cost to fax at The UPS Store?
Each store sets its own price. On one store's published price sheet (store 6086, inside the Hilton Austin, Texas), a domestic fax is $5.00 for the first page and $1.00 for each page after it; an international fax is $10.00 for the first page. Your store's sheet may differ.
Can I receive a fax at The UPS Store?
The UPS Store's service covers sending and receiving faxes, and the published sheet above charges $1.00 per page incoming. You collect it at the counter. For a reply that comes to you instead, a number of your own on FaxTerra receives into your inbox.
Do I need a cover sheet?
Not for the counter. A cover sheet helps when the receiving machine is shared, and you can print one free from our fax cover sheet page before you go.
Is it cheaper to fax from my phone?
For most documents, yes: the first 10 pages a month are free on FaxTerra with no card, against a per-page counter price. The comparison on this page prices 5 and 20 pages both ways from the store's own sheet.

FaxTerra is a fax service, not The UPS Store. Where its counter quotes a different rate, the counter is right. Reviewed October 2026.
