What do the plans and credit packs include?

FaxTerra has two ways to send more than the free pages: buy pages as a one-time pack, or subscribe to a plan that also gives you your own fax number. Here is what each includes.

Subscriptions

A subscription gives you your own fax number — so you can receive faxes as well as send them — plus a monthly page allowance. You can pay monthly or save with an annual plan:

  • Starter — $4.99 a month or $49.99 a year. Includes your own fax number and 50 pages a month, which is 60 pages of real capacity once you add the free pages every account gets.
  • Business — $9.99 a month or $99.99 a year. Includes your own fax number and 200 pages a month, which is 210 pages of real capacity once you add the free pages every account gets.
  • Pro — $29.99 a month or $299.00 a year. Includes your own fax number and 1000 pages a month, which is 1010 pages of real capacity once you add the free pages every account gets.

Credit packs (no subscription)

If you just need to send more pages once in a while — a single long document, an occasional fax — buy a pack of pages. There is no subscription and the pages never expire:

  • Lite — 10 pages for $1.99 (about $0.20 a page).
  • Standard — 30 pages for $4.99 (about $0.17 a page).
  • Plus — 100 pages for $9.99 (about $0.10 a page).

Credits can be sent to any supported country.

How free, included, and credit pages work together

You can have all three at once. FaxTerra always spends the pages that expire at the end of the month before touching the credits that never do:

  • Your plan's included pages are used first, if you subscribe — they reset monthly, so they are use-it-or-lose-it.
  • Then your free monthly pages (these send to US and Canada numbers).
  • Then any credits you have bought, which never expire.

The included and free pages refill each month; credits stay until you use them. Credits are for sending only — receiving is covered by your plan's monthly pages.

What happens when you reach a limit

Sending simply stops when you run out of pages until you buy more, subscribe, or your monthly pages refill — nothing is sent that you did not intend to pay for. For receiving: if faxes arrive at your number beyond your monthly allowance, they still land in your inbox, but you cannot open them until your pages refill next month or you move to a larger plan.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between a subscription and a credit pack?

A subscription gives you your own fax number (so you can receive faxes) plus a monthly page allowance, billed each month or year. A credit pack is a one-time purchase of pages for sending, with no subscription — and the pages never expire.

Do credits expire?

No. Purchased credits never expire and stay on your account until you use them.

Which pages get used first?

The pages that expire soonest. Your plan's included pages (if you subscribe) go first, then your free monthly pages, then any credits you have bought — so the credits that never expire are always the last thing spent.

What happens if I run out of pages?

Sending pauses until your pages refill next month or you add more, so you are never charged for something unexpectedly. Faxes that arrive at your own number beyond your allowance still reach your inbox but wait to be opened until your pages refill.
